Philomena is a Payroll Manager with more than 25 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll operations, compliance and team management. She holds a qualification from IPASS and supports clients in meeting Irish payroll and tax requirements while improving the efficiency of their payroll systems. Philomena leads and mentors a team focused on accuracy and service. She has experience implementing, upgrading and auditing payroll systems, supporting Irish Revenue payroll submissions and managing payroll-platform migrations.

She serves as an escalation point for clients and provides payroll consulting services to businesses of all sizes, and has supported clients on PAYE Modernisation, GDPR regulations, WRC audit, BIK regulations, pension compliance, Gender Pay Gap reporting and various other queries.
